Withdraw from contract

Give notice that you wish to withdraw from your online purchase. No login is needed.

You normally have 14 days from the agreement. Ordinary cancellation deadlines do not replace this right. We record your notice immediately and send an acknowledgement. We then identify the booking and assess any refund, including whether part of the service has already been delivered.

Use the reference from your booking email, or state the date, time and instructor. Never include a CPR number or card details. No reason for withdrawing is required.
